Some of the questions that were answered by Isadora and Kelly during the webinar were:

• Re: Right of withdrawal – is it possible for a gift card distributor selling gift cards to another b2b player (which in the end will give the gift cards to b2c users) , not to allow/regulate in the contract with the b2b player the right of withdrawal? since it is not applicable for b2b players?

• Is there a maximum amount a customer can purchase / offer to a customer?

• What regulations apply if a gift card was sold for a US customer but used in Europe?

• Are there any limitations of cross-border purchases? UK to EU or Rest of the world to EU?

• Is it legally ok for a b2b gift card distributor to distribute gift cards with lower validities than the ones offered directly by the issuers to the b2c users?
